Background. The Masgutova Neurosensorimotor Reflex Integration (MNRI®) method emerged from Russia in the 1990s as an intervention to improve maturation, development, and functional abilities for a variety of clients. MNRI® has since become emerging occupational therapy US, particularly with pediatric evidence supporting use remains limited.
